What should I do if this screen protector doesn't fit my Apple Watch?
Please ensure:
● You have an Apple Watch Ultra (49 mm).
● Your Apple Watch Ultra does not have a protective case on.
If the screen protector you ordered doesn't fit your Apple Watch, please contact ESR Customer Support for a direct refund.
How do I prevent bubbles when applying the screen protector?
- Watch the instructional video on the product page before applying.
- Clean your watch screen with the kit and dust-removal sticker included to ensure a smooth, bubble-free application.
- To remove any bubbles, lightly press and push them toward the edges.
- If dust causes bubbles after application, gently lift a corner of the protector and use the dust-removal sticker to remove debris before reapplying the protector.
How do I get a replacement if the product I received is used or damaged?
Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.
Can I use this screen protector with an Apple Watch case?
This screen protector features tempered glass and a stainless steel frame, which may not be compatible with some watch cases. For the best experience, we recommend using it without a case.
